Flexible User Pricing
We offer Flexible User Pricing at $105$105 per user per month, or $90$90 per user per month with an annual subscription. You can buy only the number of user licenses you need; you do not have to purchase licenses for all employees.
All Employee Pricing
We offer the All Employee Pricing at a special price of $45$45 per employee per month, or $37$37 per employee per month with an annual subscription. It requires you to buy licenses for every employee in your company.
*Local taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) will be charged in addition to the prices mentioned.
Yes. Under the All Employee Pricing plan, you must purchase a license for every employee in your organization. If your business structure requires licenses for only certain employees, you can choose the Flexible User Pricing plan instead.
There is no minimum amount of licenses for either plan. You can get the All-Employee plan even if you are just a one-person business at an affordable cost.

We accept online payments through Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you don’t have a credit card, we accept checks, PayPal (you must have a PayPal account), and wire transfers. To arrange offline payments, or if you have any questions, please contact our sales team.
No, we don’t force you into any long-term contracts. Our best price is available as an annual subscription, but we offer monthly subscriptions as well.
Yes, you can add or remove licenses online or by contacting our sales team. After removing a license you can contact our payments team for an appropriate refund.
If moving to Zoho One saves you money, you’ll automatically receive a prorated price when upgrading to it. Please note: To automatically receive a prorated price, you’ll need to first start a trial of Zoho One, add the applications you’re currently using, and then upgrade.
No, it won’t. When you upgrade to Zoho One, our system will automatically consolidate your billing, give you the adjusted rate, and provide a single payment date. Please note: To automatically receive adjusted billing, you’ll need to first start a trial of Zoho One, add the applications you’re currently using, and then upgrade.
No, unfortunately this isn’t possible. You must pay in the currency for the country in which you create your account.

Yes. If you choose Flexible User Pricing, you can purchase Zoho One for as many of your employees as you’d like. You can then license additional Zoho apps separately.
When you are a Zoho One user, you get the features of Backstage’s Free plan along with one complimentary Premium event add-on. As part of your Free plan, you will also get access to the custom domain mapping feature and all Zoho integrations. To host events with more features than this, you can purchase the respective event add-ons for Backstage (Essentials, Premium, & Ultimate ) from Zoho One itself. These add-ons can be purchased either as one-time add-ons to upgrade a particular event, or you may purchase them as recurring add-ons which are charged on a monthly or yearly basis.
